A course in mass communication that is considered to be at the doctoral level is known as a Ph.D. in Journalism and Mass Communication or a Doctor of Philosophy in Journalism and Mass Communication.
The objective of the doctoral program is to instruct professionals and educators in the methodical research of a variety of themes and problems pertaining to their field of study in order to present fresh and novel perspectives. Journalism, Mass Communication, Electronic Media (radio and television), New Media, and Media Studies are all included in the program's comprehensive coverage.
Students will emerge from the program with a robust understanding of the field as a result of an in-depth investigation of the many theories and methodologies that have an impact on the direction and breadth of mass communication research. Students are actively encouraged to develop their own theoretical and methodological approaches to research in the field of mass communication, as well as to engage and cooperate with our faculty members from a variety of disciplines on cutting-edge research in the field of mass communication within the context of global and multicultural contexts.
